How can I order?

How can I pay?

Can I send an e-Transfer?
After your order is completed, we will send a receipt to your registered email ID. Click on the email and make sure our emails don’t go to your spam box to never miss any notification. That email will have e-Transfer instruction with the receipt. We will request you to read all the instruction carefully to make sure there is no delay in the process.
Ensure that your Photo ID matches with the following:
- Photo ID should match with the person who has placed the order.
- Photo ID should match with the name of the e-Transfer sender as well.
E-transfers will not be accepted if the above-mentioned things do not match, and the medical documents have to complete. After Canada Med Dispensary accepts your e-transfer, then the order will be ready to get packed and shipped. Don’t worry; you will receive a tracking number.
What to do once I send my E-Transfer? What is the next step?
Once you send e-Transfer, it may take up to a few hours for our company to receive the e-Transfer. We will request you to wait for some time and be patient. We can’t tell you by how many hours or by how late or early we will receive the e-transfer. Your order will only get processed once we receive the full payment.
In case I don’t submit the payment or fail to complete medical consultation, what will happen to my order?
It is mandatory to complete your medical consultation and make the payment. If you have failed to complete the last two process, then your order will be kept as “On Hold”. It will be on hold for three days, and within these three days you will have to complete your medical consultation to verify your ID, and pay for the order to complete your order, else we will cancel your order.
Can I edit my order or cancel it?
You can’t edit or cancel the order on your own. If you need any assistance regarding cancellation or modifying your order, get in touch with by filling our contact us form immediately. We can make changes to your order if they haven’t been shipped yet.
How much will I have to pay for shipping?
If your order is over $40, then you will not have to pay anything for shipping. But, orders which are less than $40 will have to pay $15 for shipping. We provide express delivery on every order, and you can expect your parcel to arrive within the same day or early next day.
How will you pack my shipment?
We are extra careful with packing all the shipment because we understand that you need good packing as well as a discretion too. We will pack the shipment in a general packaging box, and the product will be inside a vacuum-sealed along with bubble wrap to provide maximum protection, distraction and freshness. Nothing will be written on top of the box that you have ordered for medical cannabis, hence don’t worry about it. We will give you a tracking number of your shipment so that you can track the status of your shipment.
I want to know about shipping/delivery, and how does it work?
Your package will be inside a vacuum-sealed bubble wrapped, and odourless packaging. We will send your shipment in plain packaging. We will mention your name and registered address on top of the box to make sure that the packing reaches the correct address and person. Your shipment will reach you within the same day if completed by 5pm.
I haven’t received my package, but the tracking says “successfully delivered”? What to do?
We have received similar queries earlier too and, in our experience, the following could be the reason.
Postal workers frequently scan all their packages as “successfully delivered” in the morning, then spend the day delivering the packages everywhere.
Sometimes shipping courier’s online tracking system can be wrong too. The exact delivery date and time could be within a day or two off.
Postal worker accidentally places it in the wrong mailbox.
There can be issues within the internal Shipping Couriers that will cause delays which are outside of our control.
We’ll get the shipping courier to put a trace on your package if you don’t get the package two days after the expected delivery date. However, you will have to contact us for this. They shall file a study which could take as much as five working days to accomplish. Within a couple of days, if they can locate the package, they’ll mail the package to you. For customer’s goodwill and as a one-time exception, we will send you a onetime replacement free of charge if it is “Lost or Unrecoverable”.
It’s beyond the suggested delivery date, and I have still not received it
Delivery Courier online tracking system can be at fault, and that’s why the exact date and time of delivery could be a day or two off. You can contact us if you don’t receive the parcel within the 1 business day after the expected delivery date has been issued. We will get in touch with the courier service and inquire about the issue and find out why the delivery has not been yet. We are here to help you, and we don’t want you to worry.
I live outside Calgary, can I order?
Unfortunately, we are only shipping within Calgary and surrounding areas within 30 mins drive only. And we can’t deliver outside Calgary without exception.
